Nowadays, with the rise and democratization of the online search engines and digital media, Google, Wikipedia and online news outlets have become the first step in a student\u2019s research process.<\/p>\n<p>It is therefore natural that websites are now a significant part of referencing.<\/p>\n<p>To cite websites, we recommend you use the following structure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APA Website reference format:<\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Last name, initial (Year, Month, Date). <em>Page Title<\/em>. Website name. URL<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Examples:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hasen, R. (2020, June 29). <em>Bring on the 28<sup>th<\/sup> Amendment<\/em>.
